These terms apply to all course bookings with London Tattoo College Ltd ("we", "us", "the College"). By booking a course you agree to them. Please read them before you book.
Booking & payment
- You can pay in full, or pay a deposit to reserve your place with the balance due before your course start date. Payments are taken securely by card or Klarna through Stripe.
- Your place is only confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment and sent you a confirmation email.
- Prices are shown per person in pounds sterling and include the course as described on the course page.
Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit covers administration and registering you with our awarding body (CPD), for which we are charged at the time of booking.
- You may reschedule to a later date free of charge up to 14 days before your course start date, subject to availability.
- For cancellations or reschedules requested within 14 days of the start date, we reserve the right not to offer a refund or a free reschedule.
- If we cancel a course for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid.
Attendance & conduct
- You must be aged 18 or over to attend.
- Courses involve tattooing on real skin and, on some courses, live models. You must follow all hygiene, health-and-safety and cross-contamination instructions given by tutors at all times.
- You must attend all scheduled sessions to complete the course and receive certification. We cannot guarantee certification if sessions are missed.
- We may ask a student to leave, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of studio rules.
Certification
On successful completion you receive a London Tattoo College Certificate of Competence and, where applicable, a hygiene and blood-borne pathogens certificate. Our courses are CPD accredited. Certification does not by itself constitute a licence to practise; you are responsible for meeting any local registration, health-and-safety and insurance requirements before tattooing.
Health & safety
Please tell us in advance of any medical condition or allergy that may affect your participation. You take part in practical work at your own risk and must follow all safety guidance. Live models take part voluntarily and provide their own consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Your materials & content
Course materials remain our intellectual property and are provided for your own learning. With your permission we may photograph work produced on the course for teaching and promotion; tell us if you would prefer we did not.
Changes & governing law
We may update course content, dates or these terms from time to time; the date above shows the last change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
